内容提要：

There is an increasing demand among investors around the world to switch their conventional portfolios to more sustainable (green) and long-term portfolios. The question at hand is how this can be optimally achieved in terms of risk and return. In this paper, we look at the sustainable finance literature of the last 25 years for stocks, bonds, real estate and alternative assets and derive the most important lessons for portfolio construction in the coming decade. We will also discuss what the effects of learning and materiality are over time, and give an overview of the most important trends in sustainable finance in the years to come.

来自全球的投资者群体正表达出这样一种需求，希望传统的投资组合能够向一种更具长期投资价值的组合转换，希望去配置一些能够为可持续经济发展提供支持的（或者绿色的）金融产品和投融资工具。那么，问题来了，投资顾问等专业人士应当怎么做才能在风险与收益平衡的视角下，以最优的方式回应投资者的诉求，解决他们的实际问题。在本文中，作者首先回顾了过去二十五年中在可持续性金融文献中与股票、债券、房地产和另类投资有关的研究成果，并从中获取了对下述问题的洞见：即如何才能构建出流行于数十年后、基于可持续性金融理念的新型投资组合；作者还将讨论学习和务实对此话题的作用；最后作者描绘了可持续性金融未来几年的发展路径。

演讲者简介：

Kees Koedijk教授，荷兰蒂尔堡大学金融学教授，曾先后出任蒂尔堡大学经济与管理学院院长以及TiasNimbas商学院院长。Koedijk教授目前担任Journal of International Money and Finance杂志的主编，Journal of Portfolio Management杂志的编委。他的研究领域包括：国际金融、投资组合管理、具社会责任的投资、风险容忍度、投资者情绪和可持续性金融等。
