内容提要：The purpose of this paper is to explore the potential for regional cooperation between Latin America and Asia. The first section examines the main characteristics of the participating countries in the context of APEC. The second section looks at trade and investment issues. This is complemented by a brief look at other non-economic variables such as science and technology, education and poverty reduction. The third section examines the current challenges and opportunities for cooperation taking into account the new international context. It gives special attention to the potential role of cooperation between business schools of Asia and Latin America.

本文旨在探讨拉丁美洲和亚洲这两大新兴经济区域之间进行合作的可能性。首先，本文审视了在亚太经济合作组织下参与拉美和亚洲合作国家的主要特点都有哪些。然后，本文聚焦于国际贸易和投资领域开展分析讨论。接下来，本文又大致考察了其他可促进拉美和亚洲合作的非经济层面因素，这些因素可以作为贸易与投资交流渠道的绝佳补充，比如科学与技术、教育以及扶贫政策等。最后，本文对当前新国际形势下拉美和亚洲合作的机遇和挑战进行了总结。在商学教育方面，亚洲的商学院和拉丁美洲的商学院之间进行合作的潜在空间也是本文所特别关注的方向。

演讲者简介： RAÚL HOPKINS，秘鲁天主教大学，CENTRUMPUCP商学院教授，研究领域包括：贸易协定与国际合作、宏观经济政策、国际金融、经济发展以及亚洲和拉丁美洲的经济增长评估等。
